Carl Arnold Outside Public Defender in Las Vegas was assigned to Russell Martin. He was arrogant and representing a superiority behavior when in contact with Mr. Martin. Mr. Martin represent the documents to Carl Arnold and Mr. Arnold represented that he would draft a Notice of Motion the change plea from No-Contest to Not Guilty. This was done and succeeded. Then Mr. Arnold represented to Mr. Martin that he would submit a Notice of Motion to have charges dropped. Mr. Martin watched as Carl Arnold was called to the bench with prosecutor for a meeting with the current judge. When he returned the next court date was rescheduled. Carl Arnold failed to return Mr. Martin’s phone calls and refused to file Notice of Discharge of charges. He clearly adopted the glass wall technec. Shortly after Mr. Martin recognized the change in objectives and failing to build a defense for court.

Statement From Russell Martin, Defendant
Carl Arnold Outside Public Defender in Las Vegas was assigned to me, Russell Martin. He was arrogant and representing a superiority behavior when in contact. I represent the documents to Carl Arnold and Mr. Arnold represented that he would draft a Notice of Motion to change plea from No-Contest to Not Guilty. This was done and succeeded. Then Mr. Arnold represented to Mr. Martin that he would submit a Notice of Motion to have charges dropped. Mr. Martin watched as Carl Arnold was called to the bench with prosecutor for a meeting with the current judge. When he returned the next court date was rescheduled. Carl Arnold failed to return my phone calls or emails and refused to file Notice of Discharge of charges. He clearly adopted the glass wall technec. Carl Arnold was being controlled by the legal NAZI system. Shortly after I new and recognized the change in objectives and failing to build a defense for court. Carl was the third attorney I discharged.

Carl Arnold was number 3 of 5 Public Defenders Discharged for Failing Fiduciary Responsibilities.
Carl Arnold achieved being one of the five attorney’s discharged by Russell Martin. Mr. Martin realized that Mr. Arnold flipped his objective after registering as Mr. Martin’s attorney and having private court conversations with the present judge and prosecutors.
Becoming Aware of the Criminal Legal System
A public defender or an outside attorney who is NOT performing his fiduciary duties to a defendant becomes a NAZI. Mr. Martin’s knew outside public defender Mr. Arnold continued the process of stonewalling, withholding knowledge, withholding evidence, and withholding witness full names and addresses. Mr. Arnold refused to answer Mr. Martin’s Phone but would answer his wifes phone. Mr. Arnold refused to get demand from judge for police pictures and police body videos. This ended the services of Carl Arnold as Mr. Martin’s Outside public defender. Mr. Martin filed an Notice of Motion for Dismisal.
LivRight is demanding the resignation of Carl Arnold as a court appointed attorney. If he does not resign a BoyCott of Las Vegas will remain in place until Carl Arnold and others are removed from public service.

Carl Arnold is an example of what is wrong with the police, legal, and political system. There is a power system that must be broken. These are documents that have been submitted to the FBI, Attorney General, Nevada Bar Association and Commission for Judicial Discipline. Where is the defense for an individual under the Constitution of the United States? There are no departments in the Government defending the law or Constitution of the United States. The fear Mr. Martin has is disclosing all this information of corruption.

- Violating fudiciary trust with defendant Russell Martin
- Stonewalling court actions.
- Refusing to investigate false arrest report.
- Failing to get Mr. Martin pictures and police body videos before Mr. Martin small claims case. Or at any time of defense.
- Failing to give disclosure that Mr. Martin never struck Robert Moos to prosecutors or judge.
- Failing to ask relevant questions during deposition.
- Making two False witness reports with multiple false claims.
- Colluding with Judge Michael Villiane and proscecutors to induce Mr. Martin to plead guilty.
- Charges have now been dropped to misdemeanor battery due to Mr. Martin refusing to plead guilty and demanding a jury court. This is not the work of any defense attorney.
- If the pictures and videos that are now being delivered were availale four years ago the case would change direction and would have been done in six months. Also the truth would have come out that everyone in the legal system is corrupt.
